Robert M. Tutone is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to information that you voluntarily give me through direct email. All other information, such as name, address, phone and billing information is obtained and secured by PayPal should you decide to order.

I will not share your information with any third party outside organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. 

I will NOT contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services..

Your Access To and Control Over Information

You can do the following at any time by contacting me via email to see what data I have about you, if any. Change/correct any data I have about you. Have me delete any data I have about you. Express any concern you have about my use of your data.

Security

 Other than information you submit through my contact form, no other information is collected. I take precautions to protect your information. All orders are securely submitted directly to PayPal. 

Detailed personal and/or financial information is NOT collected by this website. 

The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. If you feel that I am not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact me immediately via email. (3/5/22)
